On the occasion of the 75th Independence Day of Pakistan, a simple and dignified flag-hoisting ceremony was held at the Embassy Residence in Sofia, Bulgaria. Due to the pandemic situation and restrictions imposed by the host government, the participation in the event was restricted to the Embassy staff and Pakistani diaspora residing in Bulgaria.
Speaking on the occasion, Charge d’ Affaires (a.i.) Mr. Omer Manzoor Malik, congratulated Pakistanis all over the world and especially in Bulgaria on the 75th Independence Day of Pakistan.

The National Palace of Culture in the very heart of Sofia also went green in respect of the Independence Day of Pakistan.
